Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
